Sticky polyimide tape (kapton tape likely) for kinds of masking protection.
Comparing with cheap Asian-made polyimide tapes with peeling force at about 5N/inch, this item from Huggingtape of Tapefamily is more sticky at about 6.5N/inch.
1. Product Description
Polyimide tape TFPOLY-BSG2560-SC, also named as Kapton tape likely for Class H (180℃) insulation and gold finger masking protection, is made of high-quality Biaxially Stretched polyimide film as a base material (backing) and pressure-sensitive silicone as coated adhesive. It is of well voltage resistance, high-temperature resistance, and solvent resistance, and especially about 40% more sticky than other cheap polyimide tapes.
Polyimide tapes (kapton tape likely) is widely used as soft Class H of 180℃ insulation material to wrap motor, transformer, coil, generator, and cable.
Also used well for gold finger protection while PCB assembly.
Ideally used as high-temperature masking tape.
Strong tensile strength, elongation; Less legging and curling;
More sticky with no residue; High voltage resistance;
Reasonable price to distributors and end-users;
Guaranteed lead time;
Professional customer service.
